What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the details you provide:

• name
• email address
• company (if you add it)
• service you're interested in
• the content of your message

We don't collect more than you submit in the form. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Why we use it, and the lawful basis

We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and get in touch with you. The lawful basis is your consent when you send the form and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (f)), and where relevant taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

We don't use your data for marketing or add you to any mailing list without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox through the Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) email service, which acts as our processor within the EU. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months, after which they're deleted, unless an ongoing client relationship with you requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you
• have it corrected or erased
• restrict or object to its processing
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise any of these, email info@nopler.ee. If you believe we're handling your data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

Cookies

The site uses only what it needs to function. Your language preference is stored locally in your own browser. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
